All Rooted Communities will implement the Pyramid Model for supporting social emotional competence in infants and young children in selected center and home based childcare programs throughout their community.
Each Rooted Community will:

Implement the Pyramid Model in 9-15 center-based child care classrooms and/or family child care homes per community by the end of the project. Communities who are already engaged in early childhood pyramid work through the school district must support implementation in 9-15 center-based child care centers or family child care homes.

Participate in ongoing Pyramid Model training and coaching using a train-coach-train model, with the support of Pyramid Coaches

Develop and sustain a leadership teams within the community to ensure sustainability of the Pyramid Model.

Participate in required evaluation of program and child outcomes
