 ramid Observation Tool (TPOT™) reliability workshop prepares participants 
 in the use of the instrument to gather information on preschool teachers’ 
 implementation of Pyramid Model practices. This is an intensive workshop t
 hat requires prerequisite knowledge\, preparation\, and participation in t
 he entire workshop.\nParticipants who successfully complete the workshop a
 nd meet reliability standards will receive a certificate indicating reliab
 ility status and can serve as reliability partners to other observers. Suc
 cessful completion will indicate that the TPOT™ workshop participant is re
 liable with the instrument development team.\n\n<b>2-DAY TRAINING —</b> Br
 eakfast and lunch provided\n\n<b>DAY 1:</b> Presenters will provide traini
 ng on the TPOT™ instrument\, key definitions\, and scoring guidance. Parti
 cipants practice scoring indicators.\n\n<b>DAY 2:</b> Presenters will cont
 inue TPOT™ training. Participants will view an entire TPOT™ observation/in
 terview on video (2.5 hours) and score the TPOT™ to check reliability with
  the Gold Standard and score. <i>Please note: Most participants will compl
